You may return an item/rug within 7 days after delivery for a full refund. The customer will bear the expenses for shipping the item back to us. Please direct the shipment to the address below. For further questions relating to return or refund of a rug, please send an email at adminrugs@gmail.com. The refund would be processed within 24 hours after receiving the shipment/rug.You will receive your full refund mines our actual shipping. If you have received a faulty item and need to exchange it for a different one, please return the original rug to the address mentioned above and place another order for the rug you need to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing a new order. Please note that it takes 2 to 5 business days to process exchange and process funds to reflect to your account. To request for an exchange please send us the order details via email or by phone.
The return labels would be provided only in the following scenarios
a. If the customer wants to exchange a rug and wants to ship the original item back to us and places a new order.
b. If the original item arrives in a damaged condition and the customer needs to return the shipped item.
In case you receive a item that was different than advertised or the item is damaged during shipping, we request you to send us the request for full refund with order details either via Email or through phone.
